Joshua Ferguson is Skincare Influencer Goals!

I recently got the opportunity to meet an incredible young man in Jamaica making moves at eighteen (18)! I was so impressed with the things that he has accomplished at such a young age and knew I had to share this with you. Our very first Buzzy Feature is no other than Joshua Ferguson!

Joshua is dubbed a teen Influencer/Content Creator and is a Skincare Enthusiast! He started his journey as a YouTuber, creating content of all sorts. Just like many other creators, he did this in an effort to escape from the noise around him. It became a safe space for him at the time of his mother's passing.

Our Positivity Buzz superstar then decided to go in another direction with his content, and just a few months ago he ventured into the world of 'Skincare'.

"It was the best decision I've ever made."

With this newfound interest, Joshua found himself writing proposals and reaching out to skincare brands in an effort to collaborate, however, he was constantly turned down. One of the biggest hindrances was the fact that he did not live in the United States and of course Rona (COVID-19) played a big part in this.

Nonetheless, Joshua decided to take a break and went back to the drawing board to re-write his proposals. Talk about detemriantion!

But Buzzy fam, maybe that was what he needed to do all along?

After rewriting his proposals, he got the opportunity to travel to the US for three months and he took that time to continue reaching out to brands. And you could not believe what happened next!

Fenty Skin was one of those brands that he reached out to multiple times but he was still very much shocked when he received an email from them, telling him they would send him a few products. Joshua created amazing content with these products and in no time he was officially a part of the Fenty Skin Fam.

Having worked with brands such as Bliss Skincare and Versed Skincare, Joshua desires to continue working and building a relationship with more big and amazing brands and of course to turn this into a source of income! I stan!

Joshua sets himself apart from other creators because of his level of creativity and his determination to strive for things. And he wants you to "Be BOLD, be CREATIVE, be YOU! Know that persons are always watching you and the work that you do even though sometimes they may not interact with you or your content."

Joshua is all types of GOALS and I'm here for it!
